A community to achieve fitness goals
We are a family run gym that is extremely passionate about providing an encouraging and vibrant space, for people of all ages and fitness levels to come together.
Our name Karmic was derived from the word 'Karma'. We strongly believe in the principle that intent and actions influence the future, and this couldn't be more relevant when it comes to health and well-being.
When you join Karmic you become part of our family. We get to know our members and what you are trying to achieve so we can ensure that you have the right plan in place.
If you are looking to make a lifestyle change or are serious about your health and fitness, you've come to the right place!
The best way to find out what we are all about is to come check out our facility and train with us for a free session.
We are a 100% judgement free zone, whether you've never stepped foot in a gym before or are already a fitness fanatic - we got you!
Strength & Conditioning
A program to build strength and extra muscle for those wanting to push hard in a shortened period.
Without intensity it can be difficult to achieve results with this program but for motivated individuals, it can produce some of the best gains you’ve ever seen.
This program is our main class and can be adjusted to all levels of fitness.
The emphasis of capacity is on cardiovascular endurance.
This class focuses on body weight movements and a variety of cardiovascular exercise equipment.
Capacity is open to all levels of fitness and produces results because of its intensity and duration.
Back to basics
Our back to basics class is ideal for those who want to focus on the fundamentals of training.
Nailing the basics is crucial for avoiding injury and progressing in your fitness journey.
This program is a fantastic way to build routine, become familiar with the gym and improve your fitness in a safe and enjoyable way.
Understanding fundamental gymnastic movements assists in developing accuracy, strength, power, endurance, coordination and balance.
We use parallettes, the floor, rings, pull-up bars, climbing ropes and other equipment to implement gymnastics training.
The skills in this class also transfer well to the Karmic and Olympic Weightlifting classes.
The sport of Olympic Weightlifting consists of two lifts: the snatch and the clean & jerk.
In the snatch, the barbell is lifted from the floor to overhead in one smooth movement.
In the clean & jerk, the bar is first lifted from the floor to the shoulders (the clean) and then from the shoulders to overhead (the jerk).
Open gym is for special programming and an athlete choice for training extras.
Performance classes are based on strength and conditioning but at a higher level of competition.
This class is not coached and is more of an opportunity to train in a competition atmosphere. Not open to all levels.
